This plugin is designed to "backtalk" like a parrot to configured users.
The plugin retains a list of users (in memory only) to "parrot". Whenever those users say something, the bot says exactly that. (With the notable exception of any occurance of "I am" which gets replaced by "nick is". It's otherwise a pretty braindead plugin, but kind of fun.
