Document Actions
Supports spying on multiple channels at once, across multiple networks, but only broadcasts to a single place at a time.
Commands:
@spy start [network] <channel> [key] - Starts spying on the specified channel (joining the channel if needed, but the network must already be connected)
@spy stop [network] <channel> - Stops spying on the specified channel, and parts if the bot had to join to start spying
@spy names [network] <channel> - Lists all names in the channel
@spy topic [network] <channel> - Gives the current topic in the channel
@spy listchans - Lists all channels being spied upon. If you happen to use this in a channel that is being spied on, the bot will omit that channel from the list.
