That is already in there? Just add a number to the line. This will slap rude-person 10 times:

slap #nastyplace rude-person 10

I was pretty vague in the description. Instead of the usual:

bot slaps dude with large inanimate object

it will now send a message say something like:

dude: look over there! *smack*

but only once in a while (roughly every 10 times, but that depends on
the random fucntion).

If you do a diff of the new version and the 1.1 it should be pretty
apparant where the changes are.
