I'm one of the Senior Developers of Supybot. I initially got involved in this whole Python IRC bot thing back when Strike introduced me to Python. At the time, he was co-authoring an IRC bot called Moobot. I started working with him on Moobot so that I could learn the ways of Python. Early 2003, we joined jemfinch to work on Supybot, abandoning poor Moobot. Since joining the Supybot project, I've written a few of the plugins, designed the inital website (hosted on Sourceforge), wrote the documentation generator, and helped with general maintenance.
