Plugin for manipulating previous messages.
This was made specifically for a channel I idle in. People were constantly typing "s/foo/bar/"-esque comments after someone else would say something, so we created an alias that would actually perform the replacement. People would also "fight" over who was the first to say something, so we created an alias that would report who (according to the bot) was the last to say a specific phrase (since the first was difficult, if not impossible to do through an alias). I eventually got tired of the buginess of the aliases and losing the aliases when something happened to the config file. So, I decided to write this plugin.
