Provides various commands to access Sourceforge.net.
I initially wrote this plugin to query Sourceforge for information about bugs and rfes so we could easily access that information in #supybot. Since then, it has gained a few other features and improvements such as being able to snarf links to tracker items (such as bugs, RFEs, etc) and reply with information about said tracker. It can also retrieve information about any tracker (given its id) instead of just the standard trackers a Sourceforge project has and provide a stat summary for a project.
