Unfinished plugin for classifying messages based on a Bayesian classifier.
It works for spam; why shouldn't it work for IRC? This plugin classifies messages according to who said them and has a command with which people can have the bot guess who would've said a given sentence.
It also attempted to be able to classify messages as "normal" or "spam", etc. but that never really came together.
