I've several bots running and I saw some log messages stating my bots are connecting to fast to their networks/servers. Which is anoying to me, cause my bots get blocked and for the server admins..

I found the following directive which enables me to set a maximum wait period before the bot will connect again, but like the comment states, it can connect earlier. Can you add a minReconnectWait as well, so I can control how fast my bots connect to the various networks?

My clones branch has some reconnect time related fixes. Reconnecting for the socket driver now seems to work perfectly.

jemfinch or whoever - shall I put together a patch with possible things to add to trunk?
