I have filed this at SF, but I thought it might be fun to duplicate the request. :P

I would like to see a duplicate command finder. It
would take no arguments, and output the duplicate
commands with which plugins they are found in.

Possible command names:

@defaultpluginsearch
@duplicates
@duplicatecommands

Example output:
<supybot> I have found 3 duplicate commands with no
defaultplugin set. calc: math, google spell: unix,
google foo: foobar, bar

This would be tremendously useful for initial setup of
the bot for new users, as well as when installing new
plugins to do a quick sanity check against existing
commands. Or for in the cases where you somehow loose
your defaultplugin settings (perhaps after an upgrade).
I would also propose that if the command were
introduced, that we flaunt it in the getting started
documentation.
